Conducting a News Search: Step 1

In this demonstration, we'll conduct a news search on AltaVista. If you would like to complete the steps in this demonstration on your own, please visit AltaVista's news search page and carry out the following steps:

1. Type environment in the Find field.
2. Select Science/Health from the Topics drop-down menu.
3. Select United States from the Regions drop-down menu.
4. Click on the Find button.
5. Click on the Continue button below.
